We are fortunate to have a great selection of ski areas in the Montreal area.
As two intermediate-level skiers, there are many ski centers for us to choose from.
And you don’t have to travel very far.

We're going skiing!
As you can see, there are no snow covered peaks or high ragged ridges. But it’s a decent hill nonetheless.
The hills’ obvious selling point is its' location
– a short 30 minute drive from downtown Montreal.
The runs are 100% lit, and the hill is open every night of the week until 10pm.
That makes Mont St-Bruno a favorite destination for Montrealers' during the winter months.
Its' close proximity to downtown makes it an ideal outing after a long day at the office.

On occasion we will treat ourselves to an evening of skiing at Saint-Bruno. Its' close proximity to the city makes it feasible to leave the office at 5 o'clock and enjoy an evening of night skiing.
And it’s a great deal too. For a very reasonable $20 you can enjoy a couple hours on the slopes.

Our son is still too young for the ski slopes.
However, in a couple years, we look forward to taking him with us to Mont St-Bruno.
It has a ski school that will offer him the perfect opportunity to learn the sport of downhill skiing.
