John Deere Snow Blowers

We all know the name John Deere, you will find their tractors on farms all across the country. They not only make some of the best tractors in the world, they make quality snow blowers as well. John Deere snow blowers can compete with any other brand on the market for a number of reasons.

The first reason is the Briggs and Stratton engines that power the John Deere snow blowers. Briggs and Stratton is to small engines what John Deere is to farm equipment, simply one of the best. These engines have been around for many years and power just about everything from lawn mowers to go carts.

Another popular feature found on John Deere snow throwers is they are easy to maneuver. The X-Trac tires and the hands free controls both help to make these units easy to handle. Durability is another reason people turn to John Deere for their snow removal needs. These units are truly built to last.

The least expensive snow blower sold by John Deere is their model 522E that sells for about six hundred and fifty dollars. It is a single-stage unit with a 22" width. It has an auger propelled drive system and a push button electric start.

Model 827E is a dual-stage snow blower selling for eleven hundred. It has a 27" width, an electric start, 13" X-Trac tires and an aluminum gear case. This blower has a friction disk drive with 6 forward and 2 reverse speeds.

The 928E version has a larger engine and a wider width than the 827E. New for this model are the heated hand grips and the electric chute rotation. It sells for thirteen hundred dollars.

The 1130SE sells for fifteen hundred. It has a larger engine and an Easy Steer drive system. The heated hand grips have two settings and the heavy duty gear case is cast iron.

The top of the line 1332PE sells for twenty four hundred dollars and cuts a path 32" wide. It is equipped with a headlight for those of you not getting home from work till after dark. It has a Quick Turn drive system and 16" X-Trac tires.

All of these John Deere snow blowers are CARB compliant and come with a 2 year consumer warranty.

When you compare the price of John Deere snow blowers with other brands they seem a little high, but like the expensive Honda snow blowers, you do get what you pay for. If you are looking for top of the line snow removal equipment a John Deere unit might be what you are looking for.

We recommend that you assess your needs and match them to the proper size machine. We also recommend taking a trip to a few local stores that sell snow blowers and compare models and prices. Pick the salespersons brain about what models sell best in your area. Chances are your neighbors have the same snow removal needs that you do. Now get back to your computer and compare prices. Can you save hundreds by ordering the equipment online or are you better off going back and doing business with a local retailer?
