Honda four stroke engines have been one of the best performing utility engines for many years. They power generators, lawnmowers, tillers, trimmers and many more construction type equipment. They are well known for being fuel-efficient, quiet and reliable.
Connected to their legendary engines are their low maintenance hydrostatic transmissions. There are no gears in these transmissions and changing speeds on the fly could not be easier. The ground speed is controlled by a single lever without effecting the auger rotation speed.
Honda's track drive snow blowers are ideal for the toughest snow removal jobs. The drive system is made with rubber tracks and gripping cleats. One of nicest advantages of a track system is no more flat tires. Track drive snow blowers are ideally suited for clearing packed snow, going over rough ground, using on gravel driveways and traversing hills, inclines and stairs.
Single-stage snow blowers are smaller and less expensive than the larger two-stage. The auger does the chopping and the throwing of the snow. Honda has two single-stage models, the HS520A and the HS520AS. Both clear a 20" width up to 12" high. They both have a Honda OHC four stroke engine. The smaller unit is priced at just over seven hundred dollars and the larger one is just over eight hundred.
The Honda medium sized two-stage snow blowers have a 24" clearing width and can throw up to 46 tons of snow per hour. The HS724WA sells for about twenty two hundred dollars and the HS724TA sells for about twenty four hundred.
There are six larger models of Honda snow blowers with widths of between 28" and 32". They can throw your snow as far as fifty six feet. The HS928WA sells for just under twenty six hundred dollars. The HS928WAS sells for just under twenty eight hundred and can clear up to 55 tons of snow an hour. The HS928TA sells for twenty seven hundred and the HS928TAS sells for twenty nine hundred. The model HS1132TA has a 32" width and can clear up to 71 tons of snow per hour. It sells for just under thirty two hundred dollars. The most expensive Honda snow blower is the HS1132TAS that sells for about thirty four hundred dollars.
Honda snow blowers are for anyone who takes the job of clearing walks and drives very seriously. Their amazing engines make these machines some of the most powerful on the market, snow throwers that can get the job done under any condition, every time you ask it to. That's the type of tool Honda has a reputation of making, ones that are top of the line. As with all top of the line tools, they are expensive. For the person who know the value of using the best tools, regardless of the price, these Honda snow blowers will be the ones you want to look at to replace the unit you are now using.
